Complaints
It goes without saying that I will do everything possible to make your treatment succeed as best as I can. In the event that you’re not satisfied, it is best to discuss your issues with me. Perhaps there are solutions to your dissatisfaction or maybe there are misunderstandings that can be cleared up in a session.
Complaints Officer
Sometimes it might be too difficult to talk to me or after several sessions talking about your complaint you feel that you’ve not been heard sufficiently. If this is the case and you feel that you cannot come to an agreement with me, you can ask the complaints officer to mediate. The complaints officer is independent and does not take sides. The goal of mediation is to come to a solution together. More information about the procedure regarding the complaints officer can be inquired about with me.
Complaints procedure
If talks with the complaints officer did not offer a satisfactory solution, you can make use of the LVVP complaints procedure. The complaints procedure of the LVVP is there under the Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
